Paying for Virtual Visits is easy.
Option 1: Most Rhode Island insurances now cover virtual visits. If using insurance, share your insurance information with your provider at the time of your visit. Assuming your insurance is active and covers this service, we will charge your insurance for the visit. You will be asked to pay any copays required by your insurance at the time of the visit through the secure website. If insurance does not cover your visit, or if you have a deductible, you will be billed by mail for the balance owed. Please see our payment policies page for additional details.
Option 2: Without insurance, During your visit, you will be asked to enter credit card information through the secure website for the $59 fee.
If it turns out that you require an in-person visit, we will refund your virtual visit charges if you are seen at Osteopathic Family Medicine, LLC in Wakefield, RI within 24 hours.
